Yaounde Cannot Monitor You. Don't relent. Read this by Remy Atem.

Yaoundé can monitor web traffic But can NOT monitor traffic content. This means: they will be able to see traffic volumes and estimates of what proportion of users are using either Facebook, WhatsApp or Twitter and they will be able to know the areas or townships with dense traffic volumes in real time. BUT THEY WONT. I EMPHASIZE THEY WONT BE ABLE TO SEE THROUGH THE FIREWALLS, TO DECRYPT THE TRAFFIC CONTENT. THEY CANT SEE CONTENT. CONTENT in encrypted channels are secure tunnels within tunnels which only the host and server owner can laboriously access.
So all this talk about Spirit Ventures LLC and monitoring is a façade. No country on planet earth, not even North Korea announces that they will monitor chats. Wake up. It's a ploy. It's just another propaganda to sudjugate our collective consciousness and if we fall for it, it's over.
There is no way on planet earth Spirit Ventures LLC, if ever having been contacted, can see WhatsApp or Facebook content remotely without physically installing spyware on your phones.
To see your content, they need to either install spyware on your phone physically, spoof your device's MAC address or obtain a court judgment in USA, compelling Facebook (content server owner) to grant them access to the complete chat logs. And they need one judgement for each user, not a blank pass.
And the only way WhatsApp and Facebook content can be accessed, is through the Servers of the host, in this case Facebook. And I dare add, that as a matter of policy and several precedents, only a US court judgement can subpoena Facebook to grant third parties (Yaoundé or Spirit Ventures LLC) access to users' encrypted content in its servers.
Don't just use your direct MTN line for calls or texts. Yaoundé's slave girl boss, MTN, can access that. Social media is your save haven.
Spread the word. It's a game. Rise up. Wise up.
